Ian Leads the JV Charge
Ian (18:46) was surprised when he won the Junior Varsity Race at the MAISAD Championship. He outran teammates Malik (19:12) and Aaron (19:16) to lead the Buccaneers to victory in the Junior Varsity race to complete Elan’s sweep in the boys' competition. The Buccaneers were as dominant in the J.V. race as they were in the varsity, placing 6 runners in the top 7 positions.

"I was surprised that I ran so well. After Varsity won their race, I was really pumped up. I wanted to win too. I took 3 minutes off my time. It was a PR (personal record). I felt proud because I ran as hard as I could." - Ian
