World Impact and Social Effects Club 

The W.I.S.E. Club's  mission is to examine world issues of cultural and social impact.  After raising money for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti, Elan’s W.I.S.E. club joined with the Interact Club of Windham High School.  They organized a 5k Road race for an organization called Safe Passage which helps the poorest at-risk children, who live in the Guatemala City garbage dump community.  The W.I.S.E. club is dedicated to bringing awareness to the student community and working to undertake meaningful projects that foster an understanding of important issues of social significance.
